Hello Dana. I wanted to thank you for the exceptional service you provided with the estate sale for my parents.

When a senior citizen has to leave their home, it is an event filled with emotion, indecision, and intensity. People whom you seek to trust and rely on can easily take advantage of the situation.

Having had some bad experiences, we were directed to you, and I truly believe there was a reason.

You rearranged your schedule and in 13 days, you and your staff were able to set up, price, and hold a successful sale. This did not come with ease. Personal situations created rearrangement of schedules. Construction and road closures made it necessary for additional handling and updates. Last of all, emotions regarding what to keep and what to sell prompted changes at various times.

Your website displays honesty and integrity. There is however one key ingredient I would like to add…..compassion.

So many people are in it for themselves or for the money and when the job is done, that’s it. The compassionate way you gently interacted with my Mother, was both reassuring and refreshing. You kept her best interests at heart and treated her belongings with respect as if they were your own. Last of all, the guidance, special handling, resources, and aftercare you offered was customer service at its best.

Thank you for renewing my faith and spirit, and providing service from the heart.
